As we do for many other events, for our Italy conference we created a bespoke conference registration page, branded with the event logo, opening the registration 3 months ahead of the event date.
Delegates were able to select from multiple delegate types; book optional tours; request special diets and indicate any special needs; upload their photograph for their badge and book their accommodation at a choice of hotels around Lake Como. Special registration codes enabled VIPs, Speakers etc. to access special fees. We processed over 600 credit card payments and over 700 bank transfers, holding the funds in one of our secure client currency accounts.
Fully detailed terms & conditions and a FAQ page clarified the booking conditions and detailed Joining Instructions were sent out as pdf attachments with every registration confirmation. Our registration software creates invoices and confirmation letters, also sent by email, and the team here at SureFire handled the inevitable changes to registrations with practised skill, patience and diplomacy. The software allows full reporting ability so we can keep clients constantly informed of progress.
